1. How do I book a tour?
Booking is simple! Contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp to check availability. We'll help you choose or customize the perfect itinerary and confirm your reservation.
2. What’s included in the rental price?
Our rentals include:
- Professional captain
- Fuel
- Dry nuts & fruits
- Snorkeling equipment
- Additional services such as custom itineraries, premium catering, and water sports can be arranged upon request.
3. Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid before or on the day of your trip. Please contact us for payment details.
4. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, cancellations and rescheduling requests are accepted according to our cancellation policy. If you need to make changes, please contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
1. How many guests can the boat accommodate?
Our luxury boat, Lucky Gem 38, comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends.
2. Is the skipper included?
Yes. Every charter includes a professional skipper, so you can relax and enjoy your day at sea without any concerns.
3. What amenities are available onboard?
The boat offers comfortable seating, a spacious sun deck, shaded areas, a premium sound system, bottled water and refreshments. Snorkeling equipment is also available.

Absolutely! Every trip can be tailored to your preferences. Whether you're looking for secluded beaches, swimming stops, sightseeing, or a special celebration, we'll create an itinerary just for you.
2. Which destinations can I visit?
Our most popular destination is Kea Island, while we also offer private cruises to nearby islands including Kythnos, Syros, and Sifnos, depending on your preferences and weather conditions.
3. Do I need a boating license to rent a boat?
No, all of our rentals come with a professional captain, so you can relax and enjoy the ride without any worries.

2. Where is the departure point?
Your departure location will be confirmed upon booking, along with detailed directions and any additional information you may need before your trip.
3. What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth boarding process and allow time for a short safety briefing.
4. Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. We also offer catering options with fresh local delicacies upon request.
1. What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsuitable for sailing, we'll work with you to reschedule your trip or discuss the available alternatives.
2. Is the trip suitable for children?
Yes! Our private cruises are family-friendly and suitable for children. We recommend informing us in advance if you'll be travelling with young children so we can prepare accordingly.
3. Are life jackets provided?
Yes. Life jackets, first aid kit and all required safety equipment are provided onboard for both adults and children.
